When a new Samsung Galaxy S flagship smartphone release is around the corner there will usually be a number of concept designs released to spark imagination and hype in the community. In the case of the S8, there are bound to be plenty of crazy Samsung Galaxy S8 concept designs released by artists but which ones could actually become a possibility?
One of the many popular crazy Samsung Galaxy S8 concept designs is based around the concept of using a flexible display on a smartphone. Using a flexible display could completely change the game when it comes to mobile usage and it’s a move that would have to be taken bravely. As a result, it’s unlikely Samsung would jump in head first by introducing a flexible display to their flagship device but it could be a possibility in the future.
A possible concept for a foldable display Galaxy device could include a feature that allows you to fold up the device into a small tube and fit it into your pocket. When unfolded, the display could be a lot larger than most traditional smartphone displays today.
There are plenty of crazy Samsung Galaxy S8 concept designs that take the ‘Edge’ feature and turn it into something special. As it stands right now, the Galaxy Edge brand is a bit of a joke – it looks great and it has some basic functionality but it just doesn’t have enough to make it worthwhile for the everyday smartphone user. If Samsung could throw in some killer software features into the Edge’s curved display, we could see a lot of potential for it in the future.
The button arrangement on the Samsung Galaxy lineup has always mostly been the same but as smartphones become larger, there’s never been a better time to reconsider. Samsung may follow the footsteps of some concept designs and rearrange the buttons on the Samsung Galaxy S8 to make it more ergonomic for those with smaller hands.
