Over the years, the trend has changed from the emphasis on smartphones being on the phone quality itself to where it is today on everything but. It seems like consumers including myself look at the extras that a phone does including the extra features for security, amount of songs it holds, and the quality of pictures it captures.
This is where the Samsung Galaxy S8 will impress as the high quality camera specs will definitely impress. We’re hearing rumors the rear camera will sport a 30MP snapper while the front, selfie camera will sport an 8MP shooter.
This is quite impressive in-itself as the much improved Samsung Galaxy S8 camera specs not only improve on the version before, but virtually every other smartphone out there. With consumer expectations already at an all-time high, many will be skipping the 2016 launch of the Galaxy S7 and moving waiting for the 2017 launch of the S8.
It also sounds like there will be at least three variants of the S8 including the Galaxy S8, Galaxy S8 Edge, and Galaxy S8 Edge Plus. Both the standard and S8 Edge models will be launched during the early part of the year with the premium S8 Edge Plus launching later in the year. All three versions are likely to share similar Galaxy S8 camera specs including the 30MP rear and 8MP front camera. Imagine how many high quality pictures you’ll be able to fit onboard with Dual Micro SD Cards slots.
Besides rumors on the Samsung Galaxy S8 camera specs, we’re also hearing all three models will feature a 4K resolution at 4096 x 2160. This will put the S8 display up there with many other flagships looking to launching 4K displays in 2016 and 2017. Rumors suggesting Samsung is looking to bring 4K resolutions to all of it tops flagships including the Galaxy Note series in the immediate future.
