The age of Smartphone concepts is limitless they have the tendency to be well-constructed, attractive and innovative. Samsung with its new concept for Galaxy S8 from designer Steel Drake is looking forward to the Samsung Galaxy Exhibit- 2 in some ways with all the three points well redefined. Before we get to the actual discussion on design, let’s take a closer look on the crazy features that are on offer.
To begin with a large wireless charging pad in Galaxy s8, which is referred as charging translator, true wireless charger technology that, beams electricity to the phone from a wall plug outlet. They will also remove headphone jack in galaxy S8 .There are quite a few such developments in tech right now, but to say it’s infancy would be putting it in nice words. Secondly the design sports a projector near the top of the unit right next to the flash camera area.
Samsung delivers actual design from its initial concept; it in itself is an evolution as Galaxy S6 Edge features an edge on the both sides to produce nicely rounded sides. The top and bottom are edged by metal bands horizontally with two vertical bands near the edges and cap off the flat for speakers on the top and a speaker, SIM slot and 3.5mm headphone jack and mic at right next to it on the bottom.
The top slopes down near the corners and produce a nicely rounded outline. The metal sides feature a smooth well-raised volume rocker and power button inside fairly deep indents, making it easier for users to find. At the front you can see an appropriately standard array up top, featuring a metal earpiece speaker with a front camera for selfie next to it. The considerable edge to edge screen dominates the front section of the device, though there is enough room for a bottom bumper sporting Samsung logo.
On the back side, you can view a projector, flash and the third dot with an undisclosed function that appears to be the low-resolution secondary camera for things like depth sensing and bokeh shot images. The square shaped protruding camera that’s been Samsung’s standard since Galaxy S5 is featured here, with a new sleek Galaxy swirl below the center of the device. Below this point, you will find a textured fingerprint reader and the designers branding. Seemingly as the phone is a uni body design, Samsung and FCC’s marking would be placed there.
This almost incredible design concept is fair yet somehow low key, though not quite simple in its approach. As far as it goes, it seems to be almost close to it successor Galaxy S6 line. This design features a radical departure for many Samsung established agreements while still keeping the Samsung DND intact to its devices. If this tech winds up and progresses further, which would lead to Samsung Galaxy S8, it would be safe to say Samsung will have done much of its competitions work was done and make way for new concepts.
