Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Edge to Feature Dual Micro SD Card Slots

It looks like Sammy will be going all in when it comes to the memory capabilities of both the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Edge giving more consumers seen in any previous Samsung smartphone. The days of not enough on-board storage options will be a thing of the past as new rumors on the specs of both 2017 flagships support dual micro SD Card slots.

One of the biggest faults of the current models is not enough memory for pictures, MP3’s, and other forms of data. This is until we see the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Edge in 2017 where it’s expected both will feature expandable memory giving consumers an additional 256GB. This is in addition to the internal memory options which can include options for 64 and 128GB giving consumers much more than expected.

This is what consumers have been asking for, and many of the top manufacturers are finally starting to listen. Others including LG, Apple, and HTC are all expected to follow-suite while also getting rid of lower memory options including 8 and 16GB versions.

Aside from dual micro SD card slots we could be seeing a 30 MP rear and at least a 9 MP front-facing camera. The amazing high quality camera specs will look even better if the screen is 3D as rumored. New rumors on the Galaxy S8 specs suggest we’ll see Samsung first 3D screen in both the standard version and the S8 Edge. The 3D display is also rumored to feature a 4K resolution that will create the most vibrant and richest smartphone viewing experience.
