Samsung Galaxy S7 to Have a Much Improved Interface What a Difference A Year Makes

Samsung had quite a performance updates and user interface improvements in its GS6. However, Samsung has no plans to stop now. Samsung’s new flagship, the Galaxy S7 would feature much a better user experience.

Fast Access Under Your Thumb

The key benefit of Samsung GS7 is that you have a sidebar on the screen which would give you a fast access to apps under your thumb, thus providing a single hand operation. Moreover, there is a second vertical column too. From a wide range of panels and settings, you can choose this column to be just as you like. Thus, by having a fast UI you have plenty of options which provide you shortcuts in every way possible. With that, there is a lot of ease of access in Samsung GS7.

Wide Variety of Options

You can move apps off from the home screen and add it in a folder simultaneously. The app drawer can be arranged just the way you would like it. There is an option for multi-screen just like the previous versions but all in one, now you have all those features available with one hand. Samsung regards this as “one-handed mode”

Another Cool Feature

Samsung calls it the “My places edge” which provide the ability to install up to 4 apps that change based on your location. Your location is always available on the home screen through the GPS. There is also the “Task Edge” function. This allows users to access any specific function of an app with just one click. For example, in the application manager app, you can delete any app right away with one swipe or click or maybe you can create a new Contact right away by the Contacts app.

On the greater edge, we see Samsung Galaxy S7’s user interface to provide quite an ease to the users. Using phone while driving is risky, but if it’s an emergency, you can always use up your phone and do a lot of tasks with a single tap. The improved voice recognition can also provide you a variety of services and you can always use voice recognition through the gear too.

We are expecting Samsung to present at the top notch user interface in Galaxy S7 and S7 edge. Furthermore, we expect many possibilities that such one hand interfaces can provide less stress to the user.
